WELCOME!
FIRST team 2500 Herobotics is a student-run robotics team at Patrick Henry High School on the north side of Minneapolis, MN. Our team began its roots back in 2004 as a Battle-Bots team, but in 2008 we made the transition to competing in FIRST Robotics. Since, team 2500 has gone on to championships the past four years through their dedicated work inspiring youth that, with a little motivation, everyone can succeed in science and technology.

Patrick Henry High School is located in the North side of Minneapolis, MN. PHHS has a lot of opportunities for students to become successful and reach their goals in life. PHHS also provides programs such as International Baccalaureate (IB), Engineering, Open, and Commercial and Fine Arts; you can also earn college credits for your program of choice. PHHS has a diverse population of students with unique traditions and beliefs who help, teach, and learn together. PHHS is one of the few schools that offer an Engineering program in the Minneapolis school district. PHHS provides opportunities for students to get ready to face any challenges that they have or will have in the future and to act responsibly, and contribute to a changing society. Lastly, PHHS provides an environment where all students can be an achiever and overcome any of life's challenges.
WHAT IS HEROBOTICS?
Herobotics is more than just building a robot. It is about communication, friendship, leadership, self-confidence, and teamwork. In Herobotics we believe it is important to spread the message of FIRST at a young age and to inspire young people to be more involved in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) . We also believe it is important to inspire young people to pursue careers in STEM and become innovators. Most importantly we inspire young people to be a heroic, so "Together we WILL build a new heroic future!”
